Before you do, we want to make sure we communicate a few pieces of valuable information.
• Our cancelation policy states that if a cancelation or reschedule is made with less than 72 hours notice, a 50% charge of the service total will be due immediately, prior to rebooking.
•Masks are NO LONGER required at Coda Salon, but of course they are optional. If you’d like for us to wear a mask, please ask. We’re happy to do so. Additionally at Coda Salon, you must be FULLY VACCINATED to be welcomed in or receive a service. We require verification of vaccination prior to your visit.
•When possible, we work to honor requested appointment times. In efforts to serve all of our clients at the highest level possible, appointments requested through our booking platform are REQUESTS only and are subject to a time change. You will get a personalized text from our business number (not an automated text) discussing any changes. If no adjustments need made, you will receive an automatic confirmation. PLEASE ALSO NOTE: We do not provide services to children.
•Silent appointments are available! These primarily limit conversation between us after our consultation is done, giving you quiet time during your appointment. You’ll have a chance to elect a silent appointment after booking.
