Casey
Stylist and owner of Coda Salon
Hello there! My name is Casey. My goal as a stylist and business owner now and over the past 20 years is to focus on genuine connection with clients and how I can make a positive impact.
As a lifestyle cut and color specialist, I build upon a foundational aesthetic of natural, yet refined. In addition to striving for great results in the moment, I also take into account a broader scope of personal and lifestyle considerations. I perform a wide range of hair services, although some of my specialities include balayage, natural blonding, dimensional/multi-tonal color, precision cuts, natural cuts, razor cuts and scissor-only short cuts.
To me, a strong emphasis on communication is very important, especially when bringing client and stylist expectations together. In a continued effort to pay close attention to client needs, I generally believe that communication before, during and after services is critical. I always do my best to create a safe space to discuss short and long term goals, concerns, needs, etc. I am also accustomed to working with folks with specific identities, concerns, conditions and from different stages of life, including (but not limited to) pregnancy, post-pregnancy, LGBTQ+, gender transitioning, pre and post chemotherapy, hair loss, neurodivergent behavior, etc.
My love of essential oils has led me to also work as a perfumer in my spare time. Outside of the salon, you can find me creating fragrance, exploring the outdoors or traveling with my partner, Albert and our dogs Nigel & Leo!
