Limited income offer
For our clients that may have limited income, or less income available to spend on hair services, we want to do what we can to help. You do not need to demonstrate financial need, we will take your word for it--and we understand financial situations can be complex.
While this may be nuanced on a case-by-case basis, the general framework will be:
1.) Clients can receive services at lower pricing (only a 5% increase from current pricing)
2.) Clients must pre-pay a 100% estimated deposit for their service (excluding gratuity you might choose to leave on the day of your service)
3.) The deposit is non-refundable for any reason; sickness or any other cancelation/reschedule. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis, but not guaranteed.
4.) If the service cost is higher than the deposit paid, (based on our consultation and discussion), the additional will still be due at the time of service.
5.) If we, as the business need to reschedule for sickness or any other reason the deposit is still NOT refunded. However, we will require ourselves to provide up to 15 alternate times for your appointment reschedule.
6.) This offer lasts for a full year. At the end of that year, we will re-negotiate the terms/pricing based on both parties needs.
